Independently programmed voting logic: Each output can be independently programmed to perform voting logic, allowing flexible customization of control logic based on specific application needs to meet control requirements under different operating conditions.
Alarm drive logic programming: Alarm drive logic is programmed using AND and OR logic and can use alarm inputs such as alarm and danger conditions, "uncertain" conditions, or single pulse signals from any monitor channel or combination of them on the rack. Users program alarm drives through the 3500 Rack Configuration Software to implement alarm functions for specific application scenarios.

Multiple alarm logic types: Alarm drive logic is available in three common types: bus relay, relay, and independent relay. Bus relays can "OR" the warning or danger signals of all channels in the rack to drive a single relay; relays can "OR" the warning or danger signals of a channel pair in the monitor to drive a relay; independent relays can enable each alarm state from a channel to drive a separate relay.
